Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data the Service collects and how it is used. The Service is operated by YANG SEN, an individual. Contact: msen.yang@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in and to send you your video.
• Photos and videos: the photos you upload and the videos generated from them.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. We receive the amount, the time and a Stripe reference, but never your full card number.
• Usage: privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (pages visited, country, device type) to see which steps work. No advertising trackers.

How we use it

Only to run the Service: generate and deliver your video, process payments and refunds, answer support emails, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your data and do not use your photos to train AI models.

Who processes it

We rely on a small number of service providers, each only for its part of the Service: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database providers, our email provider, and the AI video model provider that generates your video. Your photo is sent to the model provider only to create your video.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos are deleted within 30 days.
• Generated videos stay available in “My videos” for 30 days, then are deleted.
• Payment records are kept as required for accounting and tax.

Your choices

Email msen.yang@gmail.com at any time to get a copy of your data, or to have your account, photos and videos deleted. We will do it within 7 days.

Children

The Service is not meant for children, and photos of children are not allowed.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top will change too.
