Terms of Service

These terms apply to every tool listed on this website and to every website that links here (together, the “Service”). The Service is operated by YANG SEN, an individual (“we”, “us”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.
1. What the Service does
You upload a photo, buy credits, and our software uses third-party AI models to generate a short video based on a fixed template. Results are produced by AI and can vary: the person in the video may not look exactly like you.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your photos
- Only upload photos of yourself, or of people who have clearly agreed to it.
- Do not upload photos of children, nude or sexual images, or anything illegal, hateful or meant to harass, deceive or impersonate someone.
- You keep ownership of your photos. You give us permission to process them only to create and deliver your video.
- We may refuse or delete any upload that breaks these rules. Credits spent on a refused request are returned.
4. Your videos
You may download and share the videos you create for personal, non-commercial use. Templates are inspired by public trends; they are not affiliated with or endorsed by any artist, label or platform. Do not use a video to mislead people into thinking it is real footage, or to suggest that someone endorses something.
5. Credits and payment
- Prices are in USD and are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
- Credits are sold as one-time packs. There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically.
- Each generation uses the number of credits shown next to the button. If a generation fails on our side, the credits are returned automatically.
- Credits are tied to your account, cannot be transferred, and have no cash value except through the refund policy. If a tool is shut down, unused credits are refunded on request.
6. Refunds
See the refund policy. In short: if you are not happy, email us within 14 days and we will refund you.
7. Rights holders
If you believe something on the Service infringes your rights, email msen.yang@gmail.com with the details and we will review it and remove it where appropriate.
8. No warranty and limits
The Service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it working, but we cannot promise it will always be available or that every result will meet your expectations. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Changes do not affect purchases you have already made.
