Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your video. If you are not, we refund you. No arguments.

Full refund within 14 days

Email msen.yang@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase, using the email address of your account. Tell us which purchase it is (the Stripe receipt is enough). A reason is welcome but not required.

Failed videos

If a video fails to generate on our side, the credits go back to your account automatically. If you would rather have your money back, just email us.

How it is paid back

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Unused credits

Unused credits from a purchase in the last 14 days can always be refunded. If a tool is shut down, unused credits are refunded on request, whenever you bought them.

Please email before disputing

If something went wrong, email us first. We reply within 24 hours, and a refund is faster than a card dispute.
